Terms of Service

• Account — your individual user record on the Service.
• Customer — the legal entity (organization) that subscribes to the Service.
• User — any individual authorized by a Customer to access the Service.
• Customer Data — data, including personal data, that the Customer or its Users provide to or generate through the Service.
• Subscription — the plan and billing terms purchased by the Customer.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

A Customer may invite Users to its organization. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its Users comply with these Terms.

Boyevi is an AI-powered analytics service that connects to your data sources and produces editorial reports for decision-making. The Service may include features such as data source connection, report generation, sharing, and export.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion, provided that we will not materially reduce the core functionality for paid Customers during their current subscription period without prior notice.

Paid Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment provider Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees, including taxes, to your selected payment method.

Refund policy. You may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase by contacting support@boyevi.com. After this period, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled. You may cancel from your account at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload data you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing AI model.
• Bypass the rate limits or quotas applicable to your Subscription.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or otherwise abusive.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, including without prior notice for severe violations.

Your data stays yours. You retain all rights, title and interest in and to your Customer Data. You grant Boyevi a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.

We will not use your Customer Data to train our AI models. Customer Data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, for B2B Customers, our Data Processing Agreement.

Boyevi retains all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, branding, and any improvements thereto.

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and not to disclose such information except as necessary to perform this contract or as required by law.

We strive to keep the Service operational 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access except where a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) is agreed in writing for an Enterprise plan.

Standard support is provided via email at support@boyevi.com. Response times depend on your Subscription tier.

You may close your account at any time from your settings or by contacting support. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Upon termination, we will delete your Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention obligations.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boyevi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI-generated reports are provided as decision-support tools, not as professional advice. Boyevi is not responsible for decisions taken based on the Service’s output. You are responsible for verifying critical information before acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boyevi’s total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by the Customer to Boyevi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, regardless of the legal theory.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boyevi, its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France), except where mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
